I am somewhat embarrassed as I share this with you; I called my local library today to renew a book that was already overdue. My excuse was that with my recent travel schedule, I hadn’t had time to get to the library, and further, I hadn’t finished the book. I was able to renew it and the book is now due on August 25th. The problem? The title of the book is, “Getting Things Done; The Art of Stress-Free Productivity,” by David Allen. Guess that I hadn’t read enough of the book to make a difference in my “getting things done.”
Heavenly Father, as I read Your Word, apply it to my life; let there be a difference in me as a result of the time that I spend in Your Word. Change me, make me over, forgive me, restore me.
