Troubleshooting Adobe Acrobat Reader Issues

For Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7 Users
To Open Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) Documents:
- To view or print the pdf files on this website you will need to install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader software. (See below)
- To view an Adobe Acrobat Reader file, click on the link - it will open in your Web browser (many times in a seperate tab).
- To download an Adobe Acrobat Reader file to your computer, right click on the link and choose "save target as" or "save link as." You can then choose where (on your computer) to save your pdf file.
- Once it is downloaded, you may double-click on it to open it, view it and/or print it.
To Download and Install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader:
- Please check to see if Adobe Acrobat Reader is already installed. (Need Help? Read "How to check for installed software?")
- You may want to uninstall any older versions of the software first. (Need Help? Read "How to uninstall software?")
- Install the newest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here
- Follow the directions on the page (we recommend that you UNCHECK the box to install any additional software)
- Please restart your computer before using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To Open Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) Documents:
