LWML Grant Proposal Process
Overview
Proposals for the 2013 LWML Convention in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania need to be submitted by September 30, 2012.
It is imperative that grant writers plan ahead before beginning this process. Please see the written guidelines for further information.
It is recommended to have the PDF and JPG documents in one folder on your desktop. This will make them easier to browse to when making your selections for Part II and Part IV. Also note that once you have selected your photographs and clicked the “Submit Form” button in Part IV, it may take several minutes for the photographs to upload.
These are the steps of the online Grant Proposal Process and the order in which they will be printed:
- Part I – Cover Page and Review
- Part II – Detailed PDF Info Page(s) and Review
- Part III – Directory of Grant Personnel and Review
- Part IV – Photos and Review
- Part V – Resolutions and Review
You will have the opportunity on each Review page to Go Back or Continue.
If you forget to enter any required information, the process will allow you to go back and enter the missing information. Note for Part IV: you will have to re-select photos if you forget any required information.
