To Love and to Help
"To love and to help are the two most beautiful verbs
in the English language," said LWML President Linda Reiser.
"And you, Lutheran Women in Mission, display that all the
time." Reiser listed accomplishments from the 2003-2005
biennium that demonstrate this love and help: exceeding the Mite
goal; starting TEEN LWML societies; beginning Hispanic; Hmong
and African Immigrant societies; developing LWML e-News; providing
leadership training; and creating new spiritual growth materials.
Reiser called on LWML women to be united in prayer each Monday
at 12 noon and to continue working together with passion and
purpose.
