President Patti on KFUO Interview

President Patti Ross is scheduled to visit with Andy Bates, host of the KFUO morning program “His Time” on Wednesday, April 20 at 7:40 a.m. CDT. She will be discussing the change of location of the 2017 LWML Convention to Albuquerque, New Mexico and updating the audience on the most recent information on LWML programs and outreach.

 Your Mite Offerings Touch Lives!

nullA community in East St. Louis, Ill., and another in Fremont, Neb. will benefit from recently awarded grants from Lutheran Housing Support® (LHS) as part of its “Helping Hand Initiative.” In February, President Patti Ross met with Nicole Turner-Ridley, Chief Executive of LHS, about the Initiative, which is a current LWML mission grant recipient. The two discussed how the agency connects LCMS groups with community partners to help revitalize neighborhoods and provide affordable housing. LWML mite support is revitalizing these two communities.
