Night owl? Early riser? When do you “get going”? It’s a familiar debate. A seminary professor of a friend of mine likes to say, “God gets up early and stays up late.”

Here’s a twist on that question: Who got you going? If you were to list three women in your life who have been your encouragers, mentors, or comfort-zone-pusher-outers, who would they be?

My three picks: my mother, my Sunday school teacher, and an LWML friend.

May this issue of LWQ encourage you to get going and to keep going!
