The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML), also known as Lutheran Women in Mission, is the leading women’s organization of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. Since 1942, LWML has focused on affirming each woman’s relationship with Christ, encouraging and equipping women to live out their Christian lives in active mission ministries, and to support global missions. We’re a nonprofit organization that encourages women to joyfully proclaim Christ, support missions, and to honor God by serving others.
The headquarters for Lutheran Women in Mission is located on the beautiful Concordia Seminary, St. Louis campus in Clayton, MO. Benefits of working on-site include opportunities for chapel at the seminary as well as meals available for purchase in the cafeteria. Remote or hybrid opportunities may also be available.
Our small team works with and supports volunteer servant leaders across the country, as all seek together to Serve the Lord with gladness! (Psalm 100:2).
