Can you see it now?
Joined by their online ranks — thousands of viewers from 49 states and 25 countries — nearly five thousand women and men descended upon Des Moines, Iowa, June 25–28, 2015, to celebrate “Bountiful! Sow • Nourish • Reap.” Our hosts welcomed us royally!
Joy reigned in smiles, hugs, and laughter. Voices echoed His praises in song. Hearts, drawn close by the Holy Spirit, delighted in times of prayer, Bible study, and worship. Friends — sisters in Christ, women in mission — reveled in unparalleled fellowship.
History was made by the adoption of a $2 million mission goal! The LWML goes forward, asking the heavenly Father’s blessing on our newly adopted mission grants as well as on our new LWML President Patti Ross and her officers.
Confident in His bountiful provision and mercy, as evidenced by Jesus’ death on the cross and His bodily resurrection, may we all be inspired to joy-filled service and bold confession — sow, nourish, and reap.
